Discontinuation of Deliveries to Greece
We regret to inform our valued customers that we are no longer able to send items to Greece. This decision has been made after careful consideration and is due to an overwhelming number of our previous deliveries being lost in transit and failing to reach their intended destinations.
Historical Context
Since our launch in September 2012, we have strived to provide excellent service to all our customers, including those in Greece. Unfortunately, over 90% of the orders we dispatched to Greek addresses have not been successfully delivered. This high rate of undelivered items has been a significant concern for us.
Efforts to Resolve the Issue
In our commitment to customer satisfaction, we took several steps to address the delivery issues. For numerous orders that were reported as lost, we promptly sent replacement items at no additional cost to the customers. Regrettably, these replacement shipments also failed to arrive. As a result, we issued refunds for all affected orders to ensure our customers were not financially impacted by these delivery failures.
Financial Impact
The persistent delivery problems have led to substantial financial losses for our company. Despite our best efforts to mitigate these issues, the cost of repeatedly sending and refunding undelivered items has proven unsustainable. The scale of the losses incurred has forced us to re-evaluate our delivery strategy to Greece.
Decision to Discontinue Deliveries
In light of these challenges, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue sending new orders to addresses in Greece. This measure is necessary to protect the financial stability of our business and to ensure we can continue to provide reliable service to our other international customers.
